## Services

- [Custom AI Agents](https://nixer.me/work/fawkes): Agents designed and built around how a specific business works: reviewing paperwork, triaging requests, running checks and handling repeat admin, connected to the tools the business already uses.
- [AI Readiness Assessment](https://nixer.me/assessment): One conversation with Carl, then a personalised, jargon-free AI readiness report within one working day. EUR 250.
- [Fractional Tech Lead](https://nixer.me/tech-lead): A real person on the owner's side of the table, for businesses with no IT manager or CIO, with AI used to build what the plan calls for. Tech Health Check from EUR 1,200. Monthly retainer from EUR 750 per month..
- [Nixer Intelligence](https://nixer.me/#intelligence): An AI voice receptionist for trades and service businesses. From EUR 49 per month (usage based on call minutes).
- [Web and App Builds](https://nixer.me/#services): Fast, modern business websites, landing pages, web apps, portals and e-commerce, built AI-ready from day one so agents can plug in later.
- [Nixer StartUp Course: Build Your Own AI Agent](https://nixer.me/course): A guided, no-code programme with 8 short modules (2 to 3 hours of work) where a business owner builds a working AI agent that answers customer questions 24/7 in their own voice.
- [The Nixer Marketplace](https://nixer.me/): Ireland's original skills and services marketplace, now at market.nixer.me. EUR 12.99 per year to list.

## Proof of work

- [Fawkes case study](https://nixer.me/work/fawkes.md): Nixer built an automated AML statement-review engine and a mortgage document module for a regulated Irish mortgage and lending firm, delivered through Nixer Vault. Every statement is checked against 12 AML flag categories on a daily schedule.
- [Portfolio](https://nixer.me/work.md): apps, sites and agents across golf, wellness, trades, safety and enterprise.
