Monthly tech lead · from €750/month
Optional. A named person who manages your suppliers, reviews quotes before you sign and sits down with you every quarter. When something on the roadmap needs building, we build it with AI, and tell you plainly that it's our work.

Will you only recommend things Nixer builds?
No. Most of the time the answer is to fix, cancel or renegotiate what you already have. When a Nixer build is the right call we'll say so, and say plainly that it's our own work, so you can weigh it like any other quote.
We already have an IT company. Does this replace them?
No. Your IT support keeps the lights on. A tech lead sits on your side of that relationship: checking their quotes, making sure you get what you pay for, and planning what comes next.
Do I have to sign up for the monthly retainer?
No. The Tech Health Check stands on its own. You get the map, the waste and the roadmap, and you can run with it yourself. The retainer is there if you want someone to keep it moving.
How big does my business need to be?
It suits businesses of roughly 10 to 200 people that rely on software and suppliers but don't have an IT manager or CIO of their own. If you're smaller, the AI Assessment is usually the better place to start.
